Returns Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used products. Returns are accepted only in the following cases: • damaged items • incorrect items received To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery to request a return.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Non-Refundable Items We do not accept returns or issue refunds for: • opened or used products • sale or discounted items • gift cards

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
